Hi Dad! Here is a recorded Deep Rest meditation for you. You can either just play it from this web page or you can download it to your phone. I have found this practice to be super effective at dropping into Deep Healing Rest as well as effective at getting to sleep when im having trouble sleeping.
For healing and catching up on lost sleep I suggest doing it not too close to bedtime. But if you have trouble falling asleep, do it when youve settled into bed. You can also do it in the night if you wake up and cant get back to sleep.
They say half an hour of this kind of rest gives you up to 3 hours of sleep benefit. It also helps you unlock from the stress of the modern world and drop back into the deeper, more relaxed levels of yourself where better healing can occur unobstructed.
