Your female reproductive system (and indeed your whole being) operates through a delicate dance of hormones which are easily disrupted by stress. Therefore, it is unsurprising that all manner of pelvic and hormonal imbalances are very common in this modern age.

If you are experiencing something other than a regular, pain-free cycle or transition through pregnancy, post partum or menopause, then this is your body letting you know that your healthy balance has been disturbed. Sessions will differ from woman to woman and include a combination of active and restorative yoga, deep relaxation techniques, holistic healing practices including internal (vaginal) pelvic assessment and healing, and self care instruction. The focus is always empowering you with understanding and practical tools you can work with at home to rebuild your foundations and recover your innate balance.
